Are your products really all natural?

Yes! Each of our products are formulated with 80% or more Organic Ingredients to offer the best all natural skincare solutions without irritating your skin. We carefully crafted our products to exclude parabens, phthalates, sulfates and harsh preservatives. You will never find formaldehyde or formaldehyde releasing preservatives in our products. The use of such ingredients is known to cause contact dermatitis, eczema and other skin irritations that can result in dark spots and hyper pigmentation. We strive to solve your skin care concerns not create them. Did we mention we are also a Leaping Bunny Certified cruelty-free company? We are Revive Naturals - Skincare with purpose.

What is your refund / exchange policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products and risk of contamination, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

How can I check on an order that I placed?

Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Once shipped, please use the tracking number sent to your email address to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to display on the carrier's site. If you experience further issues, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Why did my current product change consistency?

We don't use harmful chemicals and all of our ingredients are all natural and majority organic. Consistency and scent may vary because of this.
Please keep your product in a cool or room-temperature location to avoid any significant changes.

Who are your products formulated for?
Though our products can be used by everyone, our products specifically provide skincare solutions for those suffering from unexamined skincare issues such as eczema, dark spots, and ingrown hairs. These skincare issues more often affect people of color, but can be experienced by anyone. The healing of these skincare issues requires a high level of research and several iterations of testing to adequately address the issue, while still making sure the ingredients are ethical. People are spending hundreds of dollars to purchase products, visit dermatologists, and receive skin treatments that simply are not solving their issues. Not only are these methods not delivering results, but they are expensive, and can be very harmful to the skin and body. Our goal is to make sure that our products are affordable while also addressing all of your pain points - we want you to be confident in your purchase.
What does ethical skincare mean?
Consumers have been made to believe that you need to use harsh chemicals to heal your skin or to be effective. In reality, you need the right combination of ethical ingredients. For us, ethical means all natural, nontoxic, 100% vegan, and cruelty free. We formulate our products to minimize the risk of any reaction, and to avoid causing any hard to the skin. All of our product ingredients are listed on our website, as well as the benefits of our main ingredients. We test several iterations of our product prototypes for several months, adjusting and reformulating until the prototype until it achieves a multifaceted goal. What is put on your skin is ultimately absorbed into your bloodstream, so we try to make our customers more conscious of the products and ingredients that they use.

Our products have a shelf life of two years. They should be stored in a cool or room-temperature location.
