Are your products really all natural?

Yes! Each of our products are formulated with all natural and organic ingredients to offer the best all natural skincare solutions without irritating your skin. We carefully crafted our products to exclude parabens, phthalates, sulfates and harsh preservatives. You will never find formaldehyde or formaldehyde releasing preservatives in our products. The use of such ingredients is known to cause contact dermatitis, eczema and other skin irritations that can result in dark spots and hyper pigmentation. We strive to solve your skin care concerns not create them. Did we mention we are also a Leaping Bunny Certified cruelty-free company? We are Revive Naturals - Skincare with purpose.

What is your refund / exchange policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products and risk of contamination, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Are your products for Men and Women?

Absolutely! Our products are formulated to aid with skincare problems of all humans.

How can I check on an order that I placed?

Orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days, excluding Holidays. Once shipped, please use the tracking number sent to your email address to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to display on the carrier's site. If you experience further issues, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within the U.S. and to Canada at this time. We look forward to providing skincare solutions to audiences worldwide, soon!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept United States debit/credit cards. They must be issued with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logos. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

Discontinue use immediately and consult with your physician.

Where are your products made?

Our products are expertly and professionally manufactured in a sterile lab to ensure quality control, and prevent contamination. All products are made in the United States.

What does ethical skincare mean?

All Revive Naturals Skincare Products are All Natural, Nontoxic, Cruelty Free and Vegan.

Toxic ingredients are not necessary for efficacy. The right combination of ethical ingredients are. What you put of your skin is eventually absorbed into your bloodstream, and can cause various serious illnesses when used long term. The use of common yet toxic skincare ingredients has been linked to cancer, asthma, allergies and hormonal disruption (just to name a few.)The use of parabens, phthlates, sulfates and harsh preservatives (such as formaldehyde) can cause contact dermatitis/eczema, breakouts, irritation, dark spots and hyper-pigmentation.

There is absolutely no need to test on animals, or use ingredients containing animal by-products.

Do your products expire? What is the best way to store them?

Each product will have an expiration date sticker located on the bottom of the product. Store products at room temperature.
